Training Registration

To edit the training registration form, scroll down to "Register for Training."  You should see:  Settings  Edit Form  Administration

  • Edit the Registration FormClick on "Edit Form." Add questions on the "Questions" tab.
  • Email Feedback FormsForm submissions can be forwarded to a single email address or multiple email addresses (separated by commas), and each email address will receive notification of form submissions. If you don't want to show the email addresses, you can enter aliases (e.g., Webmaster Support) in the alias setting. In edit mode, set this up clicking the "Settings" link and then "Notifications Settings."  
  • Download Data: The website collects the forms submissions which can be viewed by a user with edit permissions. In edit mode, click on the "Administration" link, then on "Submission Data." Data can be exported to Excel or Word. Submissions can also be viewed by clicking on "View Submissions Grid" or "Browse Submissions." Data can be deleted when needed by clicking on "Delete All Form Submission."
  • Hints:  Under the course selection, list the date, time, location and address.  That way the information will be emailed to the participant (e.g., Scoutmaster Specific on February 29, 2016 from 8am-1pm at XYZ Church (123 Main Street). Remember to delete all the submissions once or twice a year.

What to Bring to Training



Your BSA ID number is needed, so we can record your training in Scoutnet.

Your BSA ID number is available on your BSA membership card or by contacting SHAC registration at 713-659-8111. If you don't know your BSA ID number, please list your home address.

Important:  Click the submit button below only one time. After hitting the submit button below, please allow about one minute for processing.  A message will then pop up letting you know your information was submitted. If you keep hitting the button, you will make multiple submissions.
